A leading financial service provider is seeking a Sales & Service Executive in Penang to deliver quality customer service and support branch operations. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets for Personal Financing, card recruitment, and insurance products, while ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree, along with 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field. Bilingual communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English are essential, and owning a transportation is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Counter Service, Retail, Insurance, Telemarketing, Banking, or Financial industry.
  • Advantage for those with own transportation.

Overview

Sales & Service Executive PFCC (AEON Big Prai) is responsible for delivering quality customer service, supporting branch operations, and achieving sales targets for Personal Financing, card recruitment, insurance products, and other assigned products.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent quality of customer service towards internal and external customers.
  • Ensure branch operation runs smoothly and adheres strictly to BSP for all operational procedures.
  • Achieve sales targets for Personal Financing products, card recruitment, insurance products, and other assigned products.
  • Execute operational tasks as assigned by Branch Head.
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the branch for customer and staff safety and comfort.
  • Carry out daily operations-related tasks, including manning greeter/reception on a rotational basis.
  • Be willing to be on duty on shift, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements
