A dynamic healthcare company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Representative to conduct field visits, promote products to pharmacies and clinics, and develop customer accounts. Candidates should have a minimum O-Level qualification and at least 1 year of experience in consumer healthcare. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential, and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. Minimum O-Level, SPM qualification, or equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Technology, Food Science, or Dietetics is an added advantage.
Preferably candidates with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in consumer healthcare products.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is preferred, as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking customers.
Good communication skills with a pleasant personality and a positive working attitude.
Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
Based in Kuala Lumpur/Selangor and Johor (2 positions available).
Conduct daily field visits to develop new accounts and service existing customers.
Promote and sell products to pharmacies, retail outlets, and GP clinics within the assigned area.
Prepare action plans to identify specific targets and prioritize activities in the assigned territory.
Participate in and ensure that promotional activities are executed in accordance with marketing plans.
Establish, maintain, and strengthen customer accounts in the assigned area, while gathering and updating market intelligence.
Responsible for achieving monthly gross profit growth for assigned accounts compared to the prior year’s performance.
