Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales team by managing key operational processes. This role focuses on backend support, including lead management, inventory tracking, onboarding new staff, and handling online account setups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Management: Oversee the flow of leads submitted by telemarketers and customer service teams. Ensure leads are properly routed to case checkers for verification and then distributed to sales staff. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track lead status, and generate reports to optimize the process.
  • Inventory Management: Track and manage company assets such as SIM cards, phones, laptops, and other equipment. Handle procurement, distribution, maintenance, and inventory audits to ensure availability and compliance.
  • Onboarding Tasks: Coordinate the onboarding process for new sales staff, including setting up necessary tasks, accounts, and training schedules. Ensure smooth integration by preparing resources and documentation.
  • Online Account Setup and Management: Manage various digital accounts and platforms, including Google Drive for file sharing, website landing pages for lead capture, credit report systems, loan processing tools, and other related software. Perform setups, updates, and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Other administrative tasks
Qualifications
  • Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 2+ years in an operations, administrative, or coordinator role, preferably in sales support or inventory management.
  • Skills:
