Job summary

A food manufacturing company located in Selangor is seeking a dedicated candidate for an 8-month temporary role in sales support. The successful candidate will ensure customer satisfaction through accurate order processing and communication with customers. A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant field are required, while knowledge of HACCP, ISO 9001, and SAP will be advantageous. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu is essential. The role is based at The Ascent Paradigm, Kelana Jaya.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated candidate for an 8-month temporary position to support our International Commercial Sales department.

What is the role?

Support sales team in ensuring customer satisfaction via accuracy and timely processing of orders.

To issue sales contract and input orders to the system after received sales confirmation from sales team.

Ensure orders are processed in line with customers’ delivery requirement.

To liaise with customer on resolving any issue pertaining to delivery & shipment of goods.

Collaboration with other departments to ensure orders deliveries are handled efficiently and timely.

Develop a filing system to maintain all sales records and transactions.

Handle inquiries from new customer and subsequently pass-on to relevant salesperson.

Develop customer outstanding orders and weekly payment report to sales team.

Responsible for all front-line and sales transactions.

Managing correspondence and communication with customer’s enquiry.

Supervision of assigned Sales Manager.

Support sales team with others administrative task as and when required by Management.

Are you the one?

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years’ working experience.

Experience in the food manufacturing industry with exposure to HACCP and ISO 9001 is an added advantage.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Broad knowledge of domestic and international trading, including familiarity with Incoterms (International Commercial Terms), is an added advantage.

Experience using SAP is an added advantage.
