Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive our Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Government (B2G) revenue growth. This is a hands-on, full-cycle sales role where you will be the engine for acquiring new partnerships and clients across multiple verticals. You will play a key role in promoting our unique venue and technology to a wide range of clients, from travel agencies to corporate event planners.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales

Actively prospect, identify, and acquire new B2B & B2G clients across key segments: corporate event planners, travel agencies, tour operators, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), government bodies and etc.

Promote and sell Immersify KL’s diverse offerings, including venue rentals for events, partnership packages for corporates, potential technology sales and etc.

Conduct market studies and gather client feedback to inform sales strategy and marketing material development.

End-to-End Sales Process Management

Own the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation and client meetings to closing deals.

Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.

Manage post-sale administration including invoicing, delivery orders, and payment collection.

Work closely with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure sales materials and strategies align with market demand and brand positioning.

Participate in strategy sessions to develop new sales approaches and revenue streams.

Requirements

A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or travel trade sales is a strong advantage.

Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Korean) is a plus.

A self-starter with high initiative, resilience, and the ability to work independently.

Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCount and CRM software.

A passion for the arts, entertainment, or tourism industry is highly desirable.
