Overview
To assist Head of Unit (HOU) in enhancing overall sales performance and execution of marketing for all property project developments. Responsibilities include assisting with conversion of sales, managing customer coordination, marketing activities and campaign creations, and monitoring for market intelligence in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Promote assigned property project sales and close transactions.
- Conduct sales briefings and consultations with clients and prospective buyers as well as site visits; respond to all inquiries received via digital, walk‑in, phone and through appointed agents.
- Track potential buyers, follow up with them, and review the status of their purchase using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or internal systems to prepare weekly and monthly updates on sales performance.
- Be the principal contact for the customer from the initial inquiry, through to the booking, and signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) as well as the closing of financing and transfer of the property.
- Provide buyers and agents with accurate information about the project and transaction and coordinate among departments internally to ensure that customers have a positive experience after closing.
Marketing Support
- Assist management with executing marketing strategies including planning and executing campaign executions, organizing and conducting exhibition and sale events.
- Coordinate with marketing on the creation of advertisements, develop and execute a Digital Marketing Plan, and develop and implement promotional activities.
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, signage, and digital and social media posts.
- Gather customer feedback and sales insights to improve the effectiveness of the various marketing campaigns.
Market & Competitor Insights
- Monitor competitors’ product launches, prices, and promotions as well as demographic studies.
- Create a basic area profile for the demographics in your area.
- Provide feedback to management to aid in developing a product positioning strategy and pricing strategy based upon the information you collected during the gathering of customer and competitor data.
Product Knowledge & Compliance
- Possess a robust understanding of project specifics, project layout, project cost and unique selling propositions.
- Conduct sales activities following the company’s standard operating procedures and all statutory requirements.
- Work closely with Finance, Legal and Project teams to verify that accurate sales information is provided.
- Assist with all regulatory actions including APDL and matters associated with 7F.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate or related disciplines.
- Have 1‑3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing for the Property Development and/or Real Estate sectors.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills while providing outstanding service to customers.
- Be able to work independently and take initiative in a results‑oriented environment.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays and attend Sales events or Launches.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or similar property‑related systems is advantageous.
- Experience using Digital Marketing and Social Media platforms is desirable.
- Possess proactive, a go‑to attitude and ready to be talent for social media content, if needed.
- Proactive with a can‑do attitude and willing to participate as social media content talent when needed.
