We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at FARHAN TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives across our travel and tourism business in the Kuala Lumpur City Centre region. This is an exciting opportunity to make a strategic impact on the growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our travel packages and services
• Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through networking, lead generation and client prospecting
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns to promote our brand and offerings
• Attending trade shows, events and industry functions to represent the company and generate new leads
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform our sales and marketing efforts
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets through effective pitch, negotiation and closing skills
• Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all our clients

What we’re looking for

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably within the travel and tourism industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking and time management abilities to juggle multiple priorities
• Passion for the travel industry and a keen understanding of current market trends and customer needs
• Confidence in making presentations, giving demos and closing deals
• Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
• A degree in marketing, business or a related field is preferred
