A leading pharmaceutical company in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will coordinate sales and marketing activities, support daily operations, and assist in developing marketing strategies. Must have SPM/Certificate/Diploma and preferably 1-2 years of sales administration experience. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR
Location: Petaling Jaya
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate sales and marketing activities and administration tasks.
  • Support the sales team in daily operations.
  • Prepare reports and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with parties to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time delivery of customer orders.
  • Assist superior in developing marketing strategies and implementing marketing plans.
  • Coordinate with vendors for marketing materials and promotional activities.
  • Assist superior to manage and create online content across social media and other digital platforms.
  • To perform other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any discipline.
  • Preferably with 1 - 2 years experiences in the sales administration.
  • Meticulous, computer literate and competent in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication skill in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
