Job summary

A leading electronics manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced professional for business development in wireless and IoT sectors. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and developing sales strategies to achieve targets. The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering or Business, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong negotiation skills. A competitive salary of up to RM 15,000 per month is offered based on experience.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development and sales.
  • Those with ODM and OEM sales experience in the Semiconductor or networking industries are preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, and can effectively communicate and cooperate with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing key accounts through consultative sales and relationship management.
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.

  • Gather market and competitor intelligence to support strategic decisions.

It specializes in end-to-end services—from design and prototyping to full-scale production—focusing on advanced wireless, RF, and IoT technologies for global clients across telecom, medical, and industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities
