Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for our semiconductor equipment product line. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing process, strong technical acumen, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth in a highly competitive, technology-driven market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for semiconductor capital equipment.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and engineering teams at customer sites.

Collaborate with applications engineers and product teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.

Lead negotiations and close complex, high-value equipment deals.

Track industry trends and competitor activity to refine go-to-market strategies.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

Represent the company at trade shows, technical seminars, and customer meetings.

Provide feedback to product management on market requirements and customer needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

7+ years of sales experience in the semiconductor equipment industry.

Strong technical understanding of front-end or back-end semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Proven experience in sales or relevant field.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Strategic thinking and problem-solving

Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics.

Preferred Skills

Experience selling capital equipment such as Automatic Wafer Sorter Series, Automatic Packer/Unpacker Series, Automatic Labeler/Wafer Frame Handler Series, Automatic Mounter/Taper Series (fab automation or back-end assembly & packaging)

Familiarity with key accounts in the semiconductor space.
