Candidates must be fluent in English, have minimal one year of experience, and only Malaysian citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered.

Job Summary: The Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales efforts in assigned market areas by implementing strategic action plans, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. This role requires proactive business development, strong negotiation skills, and effective coordination with internal teams to achieve sales targets and optimize hotel profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Implement sales action plans for designated market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
  • Manage accounts effectively and provide regular updates to the Director of Sales.
  • Conduct daily sales calls and arrange familiarization/site inspection visits for corporate clients.
  • Aggressively source new business opportunities through scheduled sales visits to key corporate accounts.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up on all business leads, assigned projects, and duties, and report progress to the Director of Sales.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to maximize profit across all revenue-generating areas.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or Hotel Management.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
