Sales Manager (Future Head of Sales Track within 2-4 Years)

We help Malaysians own high-quality reconditioned vehicles through a transparent, professional, and customer-first buying experience. As we scale into our next growth phase, we are seeking a high-performance, analytical Sales Manager who will be groomed to become a future Head of Sales within 2-4 years.

This role gives direct access to top management, involvement in strategic sales decisions, and the opportunity to build a data-driven, high-performing sales team.

The Role:

This is not a “monitor & report numbers” kind of job.

You will be the engine that turns strategy into sales results, driving performance, strengthening sales discipline, and ensuring Raya Khas stays ahead as Sarawak’s most credible automotive importer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve ambitious monthly and annual targets.
  • Convert company strategy into actionable sales plans, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
  • Prepare high-quality sales reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights for management.
  • Analyse customer trends, pipeline performance, and market data to guide sales decisions.
  • Strengthen sales processes, SOPs, and customer journey for maximum conversion.
  • Monitor early indicators, identify bottlenecks, and implement rapid corrective actions.
  • Recruit, train, and develop future top-performing sales talents.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders on pricing, product strategy, promotions, and expansion.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Experience:

  • 3–7 years in automotive sales, dealership management, or high-growth SME sales environments.
  • Experience in technical, analytical, or operations-focused sales roles is a bonus.

Education Background:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following (strongly encouraged):

  • Business / Marketing / Management
  • Economics or Data-related fields

Notes:
Candidates with analytical, process-oriented, or technical backgrounds are highly valued.

  • Technical Skills: Able to prepare strong reports, understand sales metrics, and present data clearly.

  • Automotive (recond, new car, finance, banking, insurance)
