We are seeking a proactive and well-organised Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts within the Payment Solutions Department, focusing on B2B remittance and digital solutions for employers of migrant workers.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive corporate sales and marketing strategies, including digital initiatives, to achieve departmental revenue and growth targets for our B2B remittance and digital solutions.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and recommend strategic improvements to our products and services.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, industry partners, and affiliates, to support sales objectives and market penetration.
- Prepare detailed sales plans, performance reports, and accurate forecasts for senior management.
- Team Management & Development: Lead and manage a team of sales and sales support personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure individual and team goals are met.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new team members to build a high-performing sales unit.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
- Client & Market Management: Oversee key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling our suite of solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Directly engage with high-value clients to secure key deals and resolve complex issues.
- Actively promote the company and its products as a brand at industry events, conferences, and through various market initiatives.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive sales experience in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- At least 1 year of experience in a team-lead or managerial capacity.
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial solutions clearly and effectively.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation abilities.
- A deep understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
- Highly analytical, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential.
