Job description
Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure activation plans are executed and sales target is achieved.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team to develop and refine the company's sales strategy.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, including expenses and revenue forecasts.
