Job summary

A leading FMCG company in Johor Bahru is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to deliver regional sales and profitability targets, enhance market share, and manage distributor relationships. Qualifications

Job description

To deliver Southern region sales and profitability target and market Share objectives

To achieve monthly and annual sales turnover as per target set. (Sell In & Sell-Out target)

To improve and achieve market share of YHS products

To meet distribution (RAO/TDP) target and merchandising objectives for Must Sell SKUs (MSS) & in store fundamental

Building Sales Organizational & Capability

Setting direction and regular coaching and engagement to sales team to meet company's objectives & build Sales Capability

To drive and increase Sales force effectiveness (SFE) of master routing coverage and Hit rate & call rate and DMS merchandising & 5WS

Manage and control AR of distributors and direct account as per company policy and guidelines

Develop and Implement Sales Strategy

To identify growth opportunities area and increase efficiency with sales and distributors to achieve win-win situation

To increase Southern region P&L target, increase forecast accuracy and control trade investment

Manage the promotional fund within the budget allocated to meet sales and marketing objectives and ROI

Food Safety Management System

Report problem(s) with regards to the Food Safety Management System to any Food Safety Committee members

The duties listed are not exhaustive and may be varied from time to time as dictated by the changing needs of the Business. The post holder will be expected to undertake other duties as appropriate and as requested by his/her manager

To ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards, implementing appropriate measures to maintain a safe and healthy environment at workplace
