  • Relationship Management: Develop strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Strategic Planning: Implement strategies to maximize market share in the FMCG/Gardening sector.
  • Upselling: Increase average transaction size and volume through effective product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct analysis on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
