Job summary

A growing transportation and delivery solutions provider is seeking a passionate Sales Executive to deliver excellent service, maintain client relationships, and expand sales channels. Responsibilities include promoting services, executing sales plans, and conducting market research. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates with a marketing or business degree and possess a strong interest in sales. Communication and interpersonal skills are critical for success in this role. A valid driving license is required for client visits.

Overview

Our subsidiary, Yunyi Transportation (M) Sdn Bhd a growing transportation and delivery solutions provider, offering reliable vehicle + driver services to businesses across Malaysia. As we expand, we are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Sales Executive.

Provide excellent service to existing customers, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Expand sales channels and actively acquire new clients to increase service usage.

Promote the company’s transportation and delivery solutions, clearly explaining product features and benefits to potential customers.

Execute the department’s sales plans and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct market research and field studies to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Monitor the full sales cycle, track sales performance, analyze data, and recommend strategy adjustments based on market changes.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and support customer onboarding.

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of sales/marketing experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interest in sales and the logistics/transportation industry.
  • Good market awareness with the ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with clients at different levels.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle work pressure while meeting sales targets.
  • Possess a valid driving license and willing to perform client visits when required.
