Job Description:

  • Senior support individual contributor (with broad experience) that executes tasks that are aligned to achieving territory sales goals.
  • Delivers sales performance and promotes product(s) within the oncology or hematology area.
  • Coordinates sales related activities and identifies new opportunities within the market to influence treatment and drive product demand.
  • Serves as a liaison with sales management to continue the expansion of sales and sales opportunities.
  • Helps monitor industry competitors, market conditions, and new products for the organization.
  • Demonstrates an emerging strength skill set within in the sales competency model.
  • Helps interpret sales data for assigned Oncology/Hematology products within a specific geographic area.
  • Expands and applies enhanced understanding of customer organizations and networks and of diverse influences that affect customer decisions.
  • Helps generate key customer insights/trends for colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Responds to inquiries from newly converted customers, and provides support to medical personnel and other key stakeholders.
  • Communicates with other sales representatives around common objectives to coordinate selling efforts.
  • Helps deliver branded sales messages.
  • Operates and enhances use of available technologies, marketing assets and channels to support sales calls.
  • Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
  • Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
