• We arelooking for a person to grow our online farm fresh produce sales. Key jobresponsibilities include:

• Grow andmanage the company's relationship with individual customers
• Receive andprocess daily customer orders via phone, whatsapp and website
• Buildcustomer engagement on social media platforms.
• Manage andrespond to all customer inquiries on social media
• Work with thedelivery and farm teams to coordinate home deliveries
• Highlymotivated individual with an ability to close sales
• A pleasantpeople's person who can handle conversations and chats with multiple people atthe same time
• Familiar withall major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Able to useMS Office Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Very fluentEnglish and Bahasa Malaysia. Any additional spoken language would be anadvantage
