Sales Executive (LED Billboard | B2B Advertising | OOH Media)

We are looking for a Sales Executive (B2B) to sell LED billboard advertising solutions to brands, agencies, and corporate clients. This role focuses on new business development, client pitching, campaign planning, and closing advertising deals in the fast-growing Out-of-Home (OOH) media industry.

Ideal for candidates who are target-driven, confident in client presentations, and motivated by high commissions and fast growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B advertising clients through cold calling, prospecting, and referrals
• Sell LED billboard and digital OOH advertising packages to direct clients
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and media proposals
• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close advertising contracts
• Manage client accounts and ensure smooth campaign execution
• Work closely with operations and management to maximize billboard utilization
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years B2B sales experience (advertising, media, OOH, or corporate sales preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Confident in pitching to decision makers and brand owners
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined
• Own transport and willing to travel for client meetings
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
• Experience in advertising, media agency, or LED billboard sales is a plus
• Fresh graduates with strong sales passion are encouraged to apply
