A reputable logistics firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Executive specializing in International Freight & Logistics Services. The ideal candidate will focus on developing new business for sea-freight products and managing existing clients. Key responsibilities include cold calling, conducting presentations, and ensuring comprehensive service awareness. The role requires a diploma and strong communication skills, alongside an outgoing, target-driven approach to sales. A competitive remuneration package between RM 3000 to RM 5000 is offered.

•Position: Sales Executive, International Freight & Logistics Services.
•Position type: Permanent; Full-time.
•Remuneration: RM 3000-5000 (Basic salary).
•Job location: Based at Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya.

Our corporate clients are international freight forwarding logistics company. They have an enviable reputation and are able to offer an outstanding level of services together with a wide range of global freight products to include sea‑freight and airfreight imports, exports and value‑added logistic services. Currently we are seeking to recruit a Freight Sales professional to promote and develop new business for the sea‑freight products and services for both imports and exports.

Role & Responsibilities
  • The key role will primarily focus on new business development but also manage the existing business clients.
  • The role will entail cold calling and attending to client visits.
  • Manage the selling process to external clients/customers.
  • Conduct presentations, promote and highlight benefits of Sea‑freight services for exports.
  • Lead rate and cost negotiations, ensure up‑to‑date SOPs are in place and all customers new and existing are fully aware of the excellent range of freight forwarding services available.
Requirements
  • Malaysian, male or female who must possess at least a Diploma qualification.
  • Outgoing, motivated and target‑driven approach to sales and business development.
  • Eager to increase business, gain new business sales and possess strong communication and rapport building skills and sound understanding of freight forwarding, in particular sea‑freight services.
