A distribution centric group is seeking a Corporate Sales personnel to manage corporate client accounts and identify new market opportunities. The role involves planning business strategies, assisting clients with their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of SPM or Diploma in Business Studies/Management and preferably at least one year of sales experience. The position offers a remuneration package that includes a basic salary and sales commission.

An established distribution centric group of companies, its principal activities include marketing, distribution and service/repair of Timepieces, Lifestyle and Consumer technology products and Electronic Musical Instruments (keyboard & piano) offline and online. Some of the well-known brand names that we carried are Casio, G-Shock, Baby-G, Edifice, CAT and Reebok.
We are looking for a dedicated Corporate Sales personnel member for our Corporate Sales section. Remuneration includes basic salary, sales & collection commission.
To service and manage the corporate client accounts and channel distribution to achieve the sales target set.
Identify and develop new market/account to increase revenue and company representation.
Plan, develop and execute business plans as per agreed upon yearly business planning.
Assist customers in defining business issues and requirements, understanding their business goals, business environment and adapt solutions to meet customers’ needs.
Ensure customer satisfaction and organization values are met as per the agreed business objectives.
Manage the corporate accounts product enquiry, sales and collection.
Provide efficient functional support including attend to general customer enquiries, preparation of product pricing & quotations, as well as follow‑up on sample/demo items & repair items.
Exercise full support in promoting a culture of teamwork, respect for peers and emphasis on importance of business relationship.
Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma in Business Studies/ Management or equivalent.
Preferably 1 year working experience in Sales – Corporate & Redemption channel or equivalent.
Experienced in cold calling to target prospects would be added advantage.
Result-oriented with a degree of self-motivation and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently, high level of initiative and good follow‑up skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
