Sales Executive - Building Materials / Construction (ID: 694257)

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join a well-established company in the building materials and construction industry. This field‑based sales role requires you to manage customer accounts, conduct site visits, and build long‑term relationships with contractors and project teams. The role is open to fresh graduates, with priority given to candidates who have 1–3 years of relevant sales or construction‑related experience. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory
  • Conduct regular customer and construction site visits
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, site PICs, and decision‑makers
  • Promote and sell building materials while achieving sales targets (volume, revenue, margin)
  • Handle customer enquiries, objections, and negotiations professionally
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams such as operations, dispatch, technical, and credit control
  • Follow up on deliveries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends and provide feedback to management
  • Prepare basic sales reports and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Materials / Mineral Resources) or related fields
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in construction, building materials, quarry, or related industries will have an advantage
  • Comfortable with sales targets and face‑to‑face customer interactions
