Job summary

A leading distributor of food ingredients is seeking a sales professional to achieve food service sales targets and develop relationships with HORECA customers in Malaysia. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry and possess a degree or diploma in Business or Marketing. This role offers a combination of base salary and commission, alongside allowances, medical coverage, and performance bonuses, in a positive work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible to achieve assigned food service sales targets.
  • Develop and build trade market and potential HORECA customer within assigned territory (KL, Selangor, JB, Penang).
  • Development of strong customer relationship.
  • Identify leads and market potential to expand customer base in the HORECA channel and extend product range usage of the customers.
  • Provide market intelligence regarding market trend and competitor activities in the foodservice channel.
  • Good follow up skill in both sales service and payment team collection agreed with the company term.
  • Team player and understand own role.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the similar capacity from FMCG industry.
  • Degree or Diploma holder in Business, Marketing or related fields from recognized universities.
  • Independent, Self-motivated and determined to succeed in a challenging environment.
  • Strong interest in food and food preparation as sample for client.
