A leading automotive parts supplier in Malaysia is seeking a sales representative to engage with local automotive parts shops and accessory retailers. The role involves daily field visits, order management, and online community management. Candidates should possess a diploma, excellent interpersonal skills, and resilience under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective communication in English, Malay, and Chinese is essential. The position includes competitive sales-based incentives and statutory benefits.
You will be the frontline representative of our company in the Malaysian market. Through field visits and online engagement, you will build strong, trusted relationships with local automotive parts shops and accessory retailers, and achieve sales targets.
Field Business Development: Conduct daily visits to workshops, garages, and other target clients to promote company automotive parts and establish long-term partnerships.
Order Management: Handle the end-to-end process from quotation and order follow-up to after-sales support, ensuring delivery satisfaction.
Online Community Management: Assist in managing local B2B social media groups, regularly updating with new product information and promotional announcements.
Market Intelligence: Regularly gather feedback on competitors and market trends from the field, and report changes promptly.
Target Achievement: Work with the manager to meet monthly and quarterly individual sales targets and payment collection goals. Resilient under pressure and results-oriented.
Education: Diploma or above; basic understanding of automotive structure and parts is preferred.
Attributes: Outgoing, strong interpersonal skills, excellent resilience under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; must possess a driver’s license and own vehicle.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, Malay, and Chinese to engage with store owners of different ethnic backgrounds.
