Role Overview

Sales Executive is responsible for renting out rooms efficiently, maximizing occupancy rate and rental yield for AMMASS-managed properties. This role focuses on lead handling, room viewings, tenant conversion, and deal closing.

Sales & Closing
  • Handle daily room rental enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and online platforms.
  • Recommend suitable rooms based on tenant needs and budget.
  • Conduct physical and virtual room viewings.
  • Follow up with prospects and close rental deals.
  • Achieve monthly sales and occupancy targets.
Listing & Marketing Support
  • Assist in posting and updating room listings on rental platforms.
  • Explore new marketing & posting platform.
  • Explain tenancy terms, booking fees, and house rules to tenants.
  • Coordinate tenancy agreement signing and payment collection.
  • Arrange smooth handover and move-in process.
Internal Coordination
  • Liaise with operations on room readiness and maintenance status.
  • Update deal and tenant status in the AMMASS management system.
  • Provide weekly sales updates and market feedback.
Qualifications
