Business Development (Market Penetration)
  • New Account Acquisition: Identify and cold‑call potential clients in assigned outstation territories.
  • Pitching: Present product catalogs and samples to store owners of Pro Shops and Shoe retailers, highlighting USPs and profit margins.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, new product launches within local sports shops to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
Account Management
  • Relationship Building: Build long‑term trust with store owners and retail managers to ensure our brand is their preferred recommendation.
  • Inventory Management: Regularly check client stock levels to prevent out‑of‑stock scenarios and push for restocking of fast‑moving SKUs.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure POS materials (posters, stands, displays) are visible and attractive within the shop.
Outstation & Logistics Management
  • Route Planning: Efficiently plan weekly/monthly travel routes to maximize number of shop visits per trip.
  • Sample Management: Ensure product samples kept in good condition while traveling and are readily available for demonstration.
  • Cost Management: Manage travel claims (mileage, accommodation, tolls) within company budget.
Sales Administration
  • Order Processing: Accurately record orders and coordinate with HQ warehouse for timely delivery.
  • Collections: Assist finance department in collecting outstanding payments or cheques during client visits.
  • Reporting: Submit weekly sales reports, visit logs, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven work experience as Sales Executive, preferably in Retail, FMCG, or Sports industry.
  • Mobility: Valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle. Willing to travel outstation 50-70% of the time.
