A property development company in Rawang is seeking motivated individuals for property sales roles. The ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree in relevant fields and a strong interest in digital marketing. Responsibilities include promoting property projects, achieving sales targets, conducting presentations, and managing customer relationships. Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields
Fresh graduates with strong interest in property sales and digital marketing are encouraged to apply
Experience in in-house developer sales or property agency sales is an added advantage
Exposure to project launches, showroom sales, or digital / social media marketing is a plus
To duty at the sales gallery, carry out operational matters and monitor property agents
Promote and sell the developer’s property projects in accordance with approved pricing, policies, and APDL requirements
Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management
Handle walk-in customers, online leads, referrals, and corporate enquiries professionally
Conduct project presentations, showroom tours, and site visits
Provide accurate and consistent product knowledge including layouts, pricing, promotions, and construction progress
Follow up with prospects and maintain proper sales pipelines and customer records
Assist purchasers in understanding financing options and liaise with panel bankers for loan applications
Coordinate with solicitors, bankers, and internal sales admin for booking confirmation and SPA signing
Ensure timely and accurate submission of booking forms, purchaser documents, and sales reports
Participate in project launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and developer-organised marketing events
Participate in the creation of sales and marketing content for social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram (e.g. short videos, property walk-throughs, live sessions, and promotional posts), in alignment with the developer’s branding and marketing guidelines
Support digital lead generation by responding to enquiries received via social media channels
Support after-sales matters and maintain long-term customer relationships
Conduct market study and research on competitors, pricing, promotions, and market trends, and compile analysis reports to support sales and marketing strategies.
Comply with developer SOPs, APDL regulations, and relevant property laws
