• Prepare sales instruction upon receiving customer’s order.
• Liaise and coordinate closely with various departments for smooth execution.
• Prepare weekly sales report.
• Support the Sales Director and prepare sales quotations.

Job description

Responsibilities

1. 1. Liaise and coordinate activities to meet customer’s orders requirements.
2. 2. Prepare sales instruction upon receiving customer’s order.
3. 3. Liaise and coordinate closely with Planning, Production and Delivery Store departments to ensure a smooth execution of customers’ orders.
4. 5. Liaise closely and provide follow up action to service the customers’ requirements.
5. 6. Prepare Shipment Advise and follow up with Shipping department on booking of vessel for export delivery.
6. 7. Prepare weekly sales report.
7. 8. Arrangement for sending and collecting samples proof to and from customer.
8. 9. Ensure that every effort is made to satisfy the customer needs.
9. 10. Support the Sales Director, prepare and follow up and sales quotations made to clients.
10. 11. Any other duties related to Sales management as assigned.
11. 12. Regular visit exiting customers for more PO.
12. 13. Compile monthly assessment reports of individual customers visited.
13. 14. Assist in doing market study/survey as assigned.
