We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team at Smilepayz, a leading provider of innovative payment solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative sales initiatives.

Your Role
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales leads through prospecting, networking, and market research
  • Conducting effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services
  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts with potential clients
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape
  • Participate in events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to represent the company and strengthen brand presence
  • Work closely with the internal teams (operations, product, customer experience, etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
What we’re looking for
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the B2B payment solutions or financial services industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Highly motivated, self‑driven, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients
