What you'll be doing
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential buyers for the company's residential property developments
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the developments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to both prospective and existing clients throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline, and provide regular progress reports
  • Contribute to the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
