Job summary

A prominent sales company is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Malaysia, Selangor. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in garment sales and a strong understanding of fabric types and fashion trends. In this role, you will ensure that all counters are operating to company standards, implement sales programs, and provide training and support to supervisors.   • Service all counters within assigned territory and ensure that all counters are up-to standard.
  • Implement sales program to meet and exceed assigned annual forecast.
  • Works with Supervisor minimum once a month to ensure duties are completed properly.
  • Provide Brand Manager with accurate and timely reports.

Job Requirements

Service all counters within assigned territory and ensure that all counters are up-to standard as described by the company.

Ensure sufficient stock is maintained at all assigned counters.

Implement sales program to meet and exceed assigned annual forecast.

Request for fair or additional promotion to boost up counters sales.

Ensure implementation of approved service programs by the company.

Screens and hired Supervisors for assigned territory.

Provides training for all new Supervisors.

Works with Supervisor minimum once a month to ensure that all duties and that all functions are being completed properly by Supervisors.

Ensure appropriate number of part time promoter at all assigned outlets.

Works with Brand Manager to establish call schedule.

Provide Brand Manager with accurate and timely reports as requested

Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in garment/apparel/textile sales.

Familiarity with wholesale, retail, or export sales is a plus.

Industry Knowledge

Strong understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and fashion trends.
