Job summary

A wellness and aesthetic training company in Penang is seeking a motivated individual to assist patients in navigating their healthcare options. Responsibilities include welcoming and escorting patients, consulting and enrolling them in programs, handling inquiries, and maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate should have a diploma, experience in customer service and sales, and good communication and computer skills. Flexible work hours, including weekends and holidays, are needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum diploma in or equivalent field.
  • Experience in customer service & sales related fields.
  • Able to work flexibly, including shift work and weekends.
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Good computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office.
