A leading sales company in Batu 14 Hulu Langat seeks a Sales Executive to manage inquiries, assist clients, and conduct market research to drive sales. The ideal candidate should possess at least an STPM/A Level, excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin, and a proactive mindset. Fresh graduates are welcome, while those with 2 years of experience are preferred. The role requires teamwork and the ability to contribute overall to sales targets.
To attend any walk-ins, sales inquiry or phone call professionally by provide an excellent
customer service throughout the sales process.
Manage sales inquiries, sales leads, presentation and closure, including attending to
potential purchasers and follow up on cases.
To work closely with team members to ensure monthly sales targets are met.
To participate for new product launching, roadshows, events and etc.
Responsible to maintain sales gallery/show unit/exhibition booth in good conditions.
Assist in loan application by liaising with panel bankers and lawyers to ensure smooth
and timely conversion.
Ensure all sales documents are complete and key-in accurately in system.
Timely update loan approval status and provide information to Sales Admin to arrange
signing of Sale and Purchase Agreement upon loan approval is obtained.
Ensure all sales transactions are timely recorded into master control tracking report.
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
To updates on weekly/monthly sales report.
To assist appointed real estate agencies whenever needed.
To prepare agents commission claim and submit it to respective department.
Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by superiors.
Candidate must possess at least a STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
Excellent command of both oral and written in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is an added advantage in order to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients too.
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Those with at least 2 year experience would be an added advantage.
Hostel can be arrange for outstation staff.
Computer knowledge and Microsoft is required.
Positive mindset, proactive, dynamic and a good team player.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
