- Develop and manage social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging visual and written content for digital marketing and social media.
- Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and manage audience growth.
Event & Promotional Marketing
- Plan and execute mall events, seasonal campaigns, and tenant promotions.
- Coordinate marketing activities for promotional booths, pop-up stores, and brand activations.
- Work closely with tenants for co‑branded campaigns.
Branding & Design Support
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials.
- Design basic marketing materials (social media visuals, flyers, banners).
- Work with designers to enhance visual presentations.
- Track and report on marketing performance to optimize strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with leasing and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
