We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer (Outdoor) to join our team at Intech Pumps (M) Sdn Bhd in Puchong, Selangor. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our innovative range of industrial pump solutions to customers across the region.

What you'll be doing

• Actively prospecting and generating new sales leads through networking, cold‑calling and responding to customer inquiries
• Conducting site visits, product demonstrations and technical consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable pump solutions
• Preparing detailed sales proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts and closing sales
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling
• Collaborating with the technical team to provide after‑sales support and resolve customer issues
• Regularly reporting on sales activities, pipeline and performance metrics

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2‑3 years of sales experience in the industrial machinery or pump industry
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial pumps and related equipment
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills to engage with customers at all levels
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
• Willingness to travel locally to meet customers
• Degree in Engineering, Mechanical or a related technical field
