A leading company in the lift industry in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking a dedicated professional to support the Executive Director and Sales Manager in marketing and sales activities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the lift industry and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include pursuing new business opportunities, preparing competitive quotations, and attending customer meetings. Responsibilities

  • Support and assist the Executive Director & Sales Manager in marketing and sales activities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the elevator and escalator market.
  • Prepare and submit competitive quotations and proposals.
  • Participate in tenders and BQs.
  • Support in new product identification according to customer needs.
  • Attend customer meetings and resolve complaints professionally.

Job description
  • To support and assist the Executive Director & Sales Manager for the products marketing, sales activities and on-site support activities.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the elevator and escalator market.
  • Preparing and submitting accurate and competitive quotations and proposals.
  • Actively participate tenders and BQs.
  • To support in new products / product improvement identification according to customer needs.
  • Attend and present at customer meetings / tender clarification meeting.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Attend customer complaint and resolve the complaint with professional response.
Job Requirements andQualifications:
  • Degree / Diploma in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field) is preferred.
  • Min 3 - 5 years experience in lift industries.
