This full-time Sales Coordinator role at MX FRUIT & VEGETABLE (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is based in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing critical sales support to the business, ensuring efficient order processing, customer service, and overall coordination of sales activities.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage sales orders from initial inquiry through to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate with the wider sales, logistics and production teams to facilitate seamless order fulfilment
• Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports to track key performance metrics
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as required

What we’re looking for

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordinator or customer service role, preferably within the FMCG or produce industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to juggle competing priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, to manage data and generate reports
• A problem-solving mindset and the drive to continuously improve processes and procedures
