Sales Coordinator (Sales Co.)
Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales Team by ensuring dealers receive accurate, timely, and consistent information on product pricing, lead times, availability, and ongoing brand activities. This role acts as a key communication bridge between Sales, Operations, and dealers to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
Sales & Dealer Support
- Update dealers on product pricing, promotions, and revisions in a timely manner.
- Communicate lead times, stock availability, and order status clearly and accurately.
- Coordinate with Sales to ensure dealers receive correct information before order confirmation.
- Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations, order summaries, and dealer updates.
Order & Coordination
- Work closely with Operations to verify delivery timelines and product readiness.
- Track dealer orders and ensure proper follow‑up on pending items.
- Flag potential delays, shortages, or issues early to Sales for proactive handling.
Brand & Marketing Communication
- Keep dealers informed of brand activities, campaigns, launches, training programs, and announcements.
- Ensure all dealer communications are aligned with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Support internal rollouts of new products or initiatives by coordinating information flow.
Internal Alignment
- Act as a coordination point between Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure message consistency.
- Maintain updated records on pricing lists, lead times, and dealer communications.
- Support process improvement for dealer communication and sales operations.
Key Expectations

- Ability to manage multiple dealers, orders, and updates simultaneously.

Reporting Line
- Reports directly to: Sales Manager / Head of Sales.
