Join the dynamic team at KUANG YEE IMAGE PRESS SDN BHD as a Sales Coordinator / Customer Service. In this full-time position based in Nibong Tebal Penang, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and coordinating sales activities to support the growth of the business.

What you'll be doing
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Process customer orders and manage order fulfilment
  • Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, orders and any issues
  • Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer queries and complaints
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing and inventory management
  • Support the sales team with lead generation, quotation preparation and other sales activities
What we're looking for
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams
  • Demonstrated experience in a sales coordination or customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or printing environment
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
