Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
  • Maintain product knowledge across all categories (footwear, apparel, and equipment).
  • Ensure merchandise is well‑presented, properly tagged, and adequately stocked.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in stock management, replenishment, and inventory counts.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store in accordance with company standards.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and suggestions for improvement.
  • Uphold the brand image and deliver a consistent customer experience aligned with AL-IKHSAN SPORTS values.
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred (sports retail experience is an advantage).
