Job summary

A leading printing company in Johor Bahru is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to achieve sales targets by implementing effective work plans. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should possess good negotiation and communication skills, be pleasant and outgoing, and have the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Knowledge in the printing industry is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Experience in printing industry is an added advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements daily / weekly work activities to achieve Unit targets according to SOP.
• Prepare and implement daily or weekly work plan to ensure sales target are met.
• Participate in identifying new sales opportunities and follow-up on sales leads.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements daily / weekly work activities to achieve Unit targets according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Prepare and implement daily or weekly work plan to ensure sales target are met.
• Participate in identifying new sales opportunities and follow-up on sales leads.
• Maintain accounts by building close relationship with existing and new clients and attend customer queries and complaint.
• Collaborates with other stakeholder such as graphic designer, production team and etc to ensure order can be delivered on time.
• Prepare bids and quotations for submission to potential customers.
• Ensure Local Order (LO) / Purchase Order (PO) are ready before job being documented to customers.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Sales and Marketing
• Experience in printing industry is an added advantage
• Possess good negotiation and communications skills
• Good verbal and written both in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Pleasant personality, presentable and outgoing
• Self-initiative, result oriented with high integrity and enthusiasm
