Job summary

A leading automotive solutions provider in Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to support cross-functional activities within its divisions. The role involves project documentation management, coordination of sales and commercial activities, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The coordinator will ensure smooth execution of project launches and provide ongoing business support. Candidates should have strong organizational skills and experience liaising with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the Open Point List for all active projects.
  • Track progress and ensure timely closure of open points across multiple projects.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, follow-ups, and milestone tracking.
  • Support planning and execution of customer visits, sample deliveries, and verification events.
  • Prepare and manage launch documents including PPAP, PCP, ESER, QAV, IMDS, and cost breakdowns.
  • Act as liaison between Bosch internal teams and external customers.
Job description

The Project Coordinator supports cross‑functional activities within the VM (Vehicle Motion), XC (Cross Domain) and PS (Powertrain Solution) divisions, and Sales Original Equipment (SOE) overall business operation, focusing on project documentation, coordination, Sales & Commercial coordinator, and internal/external stakeholder communication. This role ensures smooth execution of sales & commercial, and project launches and manages ongoing business support. The coordinator will work closely with internal Bosch teams and external customers such as Proton, Honda, and Perodua etc.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Management
  • Maintain and update the Open Point List (OPL) for all active projects.
  • Track progress and ensure timely closure of open points across multiple projects.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, follow‑ups, and milestone tracking.
  • Support planning and execution of customer visits, sample deliveries, and verification events.

Quotation and Documentation Support for Project Launch
  • Prepare and manage launch documents including PPAP, PCP, ESER, QAV, IMDS, and cost breakdowns. Ensure documentation complies with customer and Bosch standards.
  • Support to prepare revise quotation due to exchange rate revision, cost movement etc. Collaborate with Sales team on Sales & Commercial activities.

Responsible for customers audit processes, submission & general requests.

Stakeholder Communication

Act as liaison between Bosch internal teams and external customers. Facilitate communication and documentation exchange with alignment with SOE team. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, follow up on action items, open topics, and ensure alignment across teams. Manage excess stock claims and verification processes with customers and logistics partners, together with SOE team.
