Job summary

A prominent recruitment agency is seeking candidates for a sales role focused on solar solutions in Selangor, Malaysia. Ideal candidates will have experience in Project Sales or B2B consultative sales, and must be Mandarin-speaking to communicate with local stakeholders. Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Generate qualified sales leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry connections.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Understand customer requirements for solar system solutions.
  • Open to candidates with Project Sales Engineer background or those with existing connections in factories.
  • Recommend suitable solar energy products based on client needs and budget.
  • Achieve sales targets, promote company solutions, follow up on down-payments, and provide after‑sales support (including courtesy calls and site visits).
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Preferably from solar solution/service provider companies, but open to other related industries.
  • Mandarin‑speaking (to support communication with local stakeholders).
  • Experience in Project Sales, B2B consultative sales, or technical solution selling.
