Overview

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Footwear retail team. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience, achieving sales goals, and maintaining the brand’s premium standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with product selection and fitting.
  • Provide product knowledge and styling advice.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle cashiering, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure the store is clean and well-presented at all times.
  • Assist the Shop Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Support in achieving store KPIs, including sales targets, ATV, and UPT.
  • Handle cashiering, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
  • Ensure the store’s visual merchandising and cleanliness meet brand standards.
  • Guide, train, and coach Sales Assistants on product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Assist in staff scheduling and ensuring adequate manpower coverage.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate when needed.
  • Take charge of opening and closing duties when required.
  • Assist the Store Manager in overall store management and operations.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, store presentation, and product display.
  • Manage inventory, stock transfers, and shrinkage control.
  • Assist in planning staff schedules and ensuring optimized manpower deployment.
  • Conduct training for staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and brand standards.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and provide solutions professionally.
  • Monitor store performance and provide action plans to improve sales and efficiency.
  • Take full responsibility for store operations during the Store Manager’s absence.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–3 years of retail experience.
