Overview

This is a full-time Sales Assistant role based in Kangar Perlis. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the overall operations of the retail store. Your primary focus will be ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers that enter the store.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Assisting customers with product selection, answering questions and making recommendations
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately
• Maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Restocking and replenishing products as needed
• Providing feedback to the management team on customer needs and trends
• Supporting other store operations as required
