A leading engineering firm in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to assist in managing sales operations and client interactions. This role is primarily an in-office position, focused on internal and telephonic/emails interactions with clients.
Assist the Manager in handling daily spare parts and project sales operations.
Manage and organize documentation related to sales processes.
Execute follow-up tasks with efficiency to ensure smooth operations.
Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding sales and quality issues.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Represent the company as an exhibitor at major Industry events
Oversee the transportation and shipping of products to customers.
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and safe delivery of products.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager in estimating costs for projects.
Analyze data and provide insights to aid in accurate cost estimation.
Knowledge of engineering products and the industry will be added advantages.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in ERPor CRM software and MS Office.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales admin / coordinator, particularly in an engineering or technical environment, is highly desirable.
Fresh graduates with good grades in mathematics and a high willingness to learn attitude is encouraged to apply.
