Sales and Marketing Executive (Property Developer)

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting sales activities and executing marketing initiatives for Eden At Botanica CT. This role plays a front-line position in engaging potential buyers, managing customer enquiries, supporting marketing campaigns, and delivering a pleasant, professional, and hospitality-driven customer experience at the sales gallery, show units, and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to walk-in customers, phone calls, emails, and online enquiries professionally.
  • Conduct project briefings, site tours, and show unit viewings for prospective buyers.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Prepare booking forms, sales documentation, and coordinate with internal teams for sales processing.
Marketing Support & Execution
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales activities.
  • Assist in organizing sales launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and property events.
  • Distribute marketing materials and ensure proper display at the sales gallery and events.
  • Support digital marketing activities such as social media postings and online property portals.
Hospitality & Sales Gallery Operations
  • Ensure the sales gallery and show units are presentable, clean, and welcoming at all times.
  • Provide courteous, warm, and professional service to all visitors.
  • Assist in arranging refreshments, ambience, and hospitality setup for customers and VIP visits.
  • Handle basic customer feedback and elevate issues when necessary.
Administration & Reporting
  • Maintain proper records of enquiries, appointments, bookings, and sales status.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, finance, legal, and customer service.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks related to sales and marketing.
Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related fields.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing; property industry experience is an advantage.
