About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing - Assistant Manager to support the Sales Manager and our dynamic sales team. In this full‑time role, you will coordinate and manage events and exhibitions, ensuring seamless execution to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Identify and approach new business opportunities (corporate clients, sponsors, vendors, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Support in negotiating contracts and following up with clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Track and report sales performance and market trends.
  • Support in event branding, media relations, and PR activities.
  • Work closely with the event operations team to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Attend events to manage on‑site client relationships and brand representation.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
