About the Role

The Sales Advisor plays a key role in representing a leading brand in the electric vehicle industry. This position is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience from the initial inquiry through to the completion of the sales process. The role requires a strong understanding of the brand’s products and values, with a focus on delivering professional, informative, and personalized service that reflects innovation, quality, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage walk-in guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and warmth.
  • Drive business results through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and effective in-store presentation.
  • Understand customer needs, intent, and purchase timelines to build detailed customer profiles.
  • Educate and inspire customers by sharing information about electric vehicles, technology, and ownership benefits.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of all vehicle models, features, and available incentives for EV ownership.
  • Schedule and coordinate test drives for interested customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Keep the CRM system up to date with accurate sales and customer interaction data.
  • Support daily operations by implementing showroom policies and ensuring smooth business flow.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience.
  • Energetic, proactive, and passionate about innovation in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and the local language.
